Real Estate Automations - Phone Call Auto-Reply

For this automation, I helped a broker that was getting calls constantly set up an auto response system.

This is a bit of a workaround, but we essentially pretend that the phone is currently driving in a car.

Step 1. Change your settings

We need to change the Focus in the settings

Step 2. Change the Driving focus

Apple has made it so that “Driving” is the only focus with an Auto-Reply feature

Change the Auto-Reply settings

Step 3. Change the Auto-Reply Message

You can adjust the message to say you’re in a zoom call and to have a text sent to you instead.
